Hi, I'm Faith.
I am 45 years old, and I've built a life I'm proud of — a long marriage, three children who are growing into themselves, and a career that challenged and shaped me in ways I never expected.
I became a mother as a teenager with my high school sweetheart. I grew up quickly. I learned early what responsibility feels like, what ambition requires, and how much love it takes to build something steady.
Over the years, I built a career in healthcare leadership while raising a family and learning — often the hard way — how to support everyone around me without losing myself.
Now, in midlife, something is shifting.
The house is quieter.
My body is changing.
My ambition feels different.
My questions are deeper.
Still Building is a space for women in this season — women who have achieved, carried, loved, led, and are now asking: who am I becoming now?
This isn't about reinvention or starting over.
It's about growing inside the life you've already built.
It's about staying curious, staying honest, and staying true to yourself as you age.
If you are navigating hormone changes, identity after achievement, long-term marriage, empty nests, or the quiet recalibration that happens in your 40's and 50's — you are in the right place.
We are not finished.
We are still becoming.
And we are still building.
Thank you for being here.
